I have been practicing meditation on a daily basis for the last 5 years and am now a Chopra Certified Instructor in Primordial Sound Meditation. Meditation has made a huge difference in my life. I am passionate about sharing my love of meditation and the positive changes I've experienced in my life because of my daily meditation practice. Meditation helped me get through my father's illness as well as help me cope with his passing. I believe that being on this spiritual path and teaching meditation is my dharma. I'm in the process right now of getting certified as an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Teacher/Coach.
