How does digital yoga work?
The Super Seed teachers offer online, interactive yoga classes daily, Monday to Sunday. You will experience yoga in all of its forms. Classes for beginners thru to advanced practitioners. The teachers will effectively guide and your practice in the comfort of your own home in present time.
We offer all students a 14 day free trial. Enjoy the opportunity to try all our teachers and classes.
Collective Hang Outs are timesBethand the Super Seed Team have set aside to offer members an open forum for all yoga questions. It is time for the community to learn from each other and for the teachers to get to know you and your practice.

What if I miss a class?
We encourage our members to practice yoga daily and believe all yoga is good yoga. If all you have is 15 minutes, drop in for what you can. No problem.
We sincerely hope that the content we provide and the experience of being a Super Seed Yoga Member meets your needs and exceeds your expectations! But, you can cancel your membership anytime without penalty. No problem. You will retain member access until the end of your billing period.
If I cancel my membership can I re-join later for the same price?
In short, no. Here’s why… we are offering the Founding Member pricing at an incredible deal that will never be offered again. Each year, we will grow and improve. As the value increases, so will the price. So if you cancel and re-join later, your price will be the published rate at that time.
The monthly rate of $40 is inline with the value you will find on the Super Seed Collective. As a founding member, that means if the Collective increases to $89 in the future, you will always only pay $40. Or, if you decide to say an enthusiastic YES and commit to joining us for the full year upfront now, then you get 12 months for the price of 10!
How do I find out when my favourite teacher is teaching?
We have created many ways for our students to connect with our teachers. If you want to know when your favourite teacher is teaching, ask them! Go to the Collective Networkand tag your favourite teacher (@leilajones, when are you teaching?)
How long will it take for me to be good at yoga?
We know from exercise that the more you do, generally the more benefits you get, and yoga is no different. Practicing once a week is good. Practicing three to four times per week would be better, and cultivating a daily practice would be ideal. Keep in mind that even 1 minute spent in practice can be enough to reset your outlook.
Practicing yoga gives you time to focus on your breathing, which, in turn, allows you to be present. Being in the present moment gives you the opportunity to reset your system.
A 1-hour yoga class will increase your blood flow, get your oxygen moving, and, get any stuck parts of your body unstuck.
If you commit to a regular yoga practice, depending on the class you take, your flexibility will improve over time, leading to fewer injuries, and you will experience toning in all of your muscles. You can look forward to a stronger core which leads to less back pain.
If you practice several times a week, you will see longer-lasting benefits, such as better range of motion and flexibility, reduction in stress over sustained periods of time, and better posture, to name a few. You’ll also obviously see faster physical results.
Super seed recommends getting on your mat at least one day a week to become familiar with your body and aware of how you feel after practice versus before practice — which can become a powerful motivator to practice more often.

What should I do if I am practicing with an injury?
Yoga is a healing practice. Super Seed recommends that you aim to create conscious, mindful movement in your practice.
Avoid painful movement & aggravating sensitivities. When you are practicing with an injury, doing less will help to allow for faster healing. Modify your practice where you need to so you can heal trauma. When you are sore, your body needs to rest and heal.
Improving your diet and hydration is critical when you have an injury to help your body heal as efficiently as possible.
