YOGA NIDRA TEACHER
To Jenn, yoga began as a complimentary practice to balance her active outdoors lifestyle. Her teaching is a reflection of her insatiable curiosity about the human body and movement. Her journey with yoga has been one of constant exploration, diving deeply into several different styles including Ashtanga, Iyengar, Yin and Bikram. She connects with the prescriptive roots of the practice and knows she is destined to share this gift of healing with others! Recently, the focus of her practice and teaching has shifted to the sacred practice of Yoga Nidra – The Yoga of Sleep. Through her own personal experience with depression, anxiety and fear, she is able to realize the powerful healing benefits of Yoga. She is wholeheartedly honored and privileged to hold space for others in their exploration of self through Yoga.
