My name is LJ and I fell in love with yoga 12 years ago while backpacking in Australia. It was the beginning of a spiritual journey I never knew I would take! Every time I practice, I’m amazed at how yoga brings my mind and body to more connection. This we all need more of – the mind – body connection!
I owe a great deal to yoga and meditation — these practices have anchored me in very difficult times. I place great value on breath and encourage conscious breathing for continual presence…to breathe space into the body to open channels of new energy!
I teach many styles of yoga but I especially love to teach vinyasa, yin, and meditation, creating classes that involve them all.
