A prime key to your health and wellbeing lies in being aware of the balance of the major muscle groups of your hips whoch will relieve pain in your low back and knees.
We will address how passive stretching (yin) is an effective tool but not the only way to gain mobility and flexibility.
Every week we release a short routine students can do on their own time to maintain and build their strength and mobility.
